Connecting indigenous knowledge and Western science since 1993

The Native American Academy was founded by a circle of Native scholars and Traditional Knowledge Holders.  It is a network of native and non-native people that has been developing since 1993 through research, dialogue, writing and action projects focused on making the native world view, indigenous knowledge and native science visible to the western trained mind.
